Hey, Hi and Hello!
It’s a pleasure seeing you again in another blog post. As the title suggests, I will be sharing my honest review of the Sugarbear Sleep Vitamins and am excited to do so! I want to start out my saying that I was gifted 3 bottles (a 3 month supply) of the Sugarbear Sleep Vitamins and it could not have come at a better time!

More than just Melatonin, SugarBear Sleep is the most complete sleep vitamin on the market. When I was gifted them a few months ago, I had been having some trouble falling asleep, which in turn left me extremely groggy in the morning. To be honest, I was having a hard time sleeping because after my long commutes, I would spend MANY hours on my computer or phone before bed. The lights from these devices definitely affected my sleep pattern but I needed to get work done at night so I didn’t have much of a choice.
And then, as fate would have it, I got the opportunity to try these delicious little sleep gummies. I’m serious, they are really delicious. Just beware, it is sweet like candy so if you don’t like the taste of sugar in your mouth as you fall sleep, take them before you brush your teeth for bed.
So what makes them so great?
(as per data researched by the brand to bring you a great night’s rest)
- Gluten-, soy- and cruelty-free
- Melatonin – helps regulate sleep cycle
- Vitamin B6 – enhances natural melatonin production
- Magnesium – Promotes deep, restorative sleep
- L – Theanine – Supports a calm & relaxed mood (found in green tea)
- Lemon Balm Leaf – Improves a peaceful state of mind
- 5 HTP – Supports a positive mood
- Valerian Root – Encourages serene sleep
- Passion Flower – Calms & Relaxes
How to use them?
- Take 2 gummies 30mins before bed
- Do not drive, use machinery or consume alcohol after taking them as they may cause drowsiness
After my first try, I definitely fell asleep MUCH sooner than I normally do. But then I remembered that I had been up longer than normal the day and night prior so I decided to give it another shot the following night. And the results were the same: they worked!
I noticed that 10-15mins after eating them, my eyes would feel very heavy, then next thing I know I am asleep. Since I am in my bed by this time, I do not mind the heavy lids and wave of tiredness that hits me. It feels great when you know you are tucked into bed ready to have sweet dreams.
To take the review a step further (just to make sure it REALLY worked for me), I brought them along on my trip to Thailand which has a 12hr time difference from New York. I wanted to be able to 1. sleep on the plane, 2. sleep at night so that I can be energetic in the day,and 3. get me to sleep quickly as I had many late nights and early mornings. And to my pleasant surprised, it worked! I used them to fall asleep, and it helped my friend sleep as well. I, of course, did still have some jet-lag, but it did make me sleeping during the night in Thailand easily. That was a major win for me.
One concern I had was morning drowsiness since melatonin can sometimes causes that. But I honestly have not experienced any. I have read reviews where a few people did experience morning drowsiness, but not enough to make them discontinue the product.
Another concern I had was dependency. I did not want to take it for a while then be dependent on it to have a good night’s rest. But I can honestly say I am not. I do not eat them nightly, instead I use them on nights where I am up working late on my computer and need to fall asleep fast afterwards.
Could YOU use some help falling asleep? Are you tired of swallowing sleeping pills? Well I recommend trying this product. It worked for me and I hope it can work for you! Remember we are all different and it is not a quick fix solution for medically related sleeping issues. If you have tried it or would like to, let me know in the comments below!
Until next time loves!
With love,
CoCo
